  1. 1. open your Instagram account.
  2. Then click on the down right side profile. and again click three lines.
  3. now click on setting and again click help and select help center.
  4. now click managing my account.
  5. click on delete your account.
  6. now click on temporarily disable my account.
  7. Click on instagram.com
  8. then again click your profile and click edit profile
9. now scroll down and tap temporarily disable my account and choose yes


By doing this, your Instagram account is disabled for few days
